We are looking to recruit Full Time Call Centre Agents.

The job entails:

• Provision of support on in-house software solutions and third party software including technologies such as Windows SQL server, .Net Framework, ClickOnce , Silverlight, Java, SAP and Linux
• Creation of user and product documentation
• Testing product installations
• Debugging and troubleshooting devices and applications
• Provision of assistance to customers with installation and configuration of software systems
• Meeting of goals and objectives as established through the management team
• Participation in training to maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Adherence to high standards of customer service

Minimum Skills Required:

• IT background
• Troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English– other languages will be considered an asset

The applicant should have the ability to:

• Multi-task and adapt rapidly to constant change in processes and technology
• Work independently and in a close-knit team environment
• Work on a shift basis, including nights and weekendst

Education

Minimum: A-Level in IT; Diploma in Computing and Information, MCAST IT Certification or equivalent.
The selected applicant(s) will be provided with in-depth training.

If you have the following experience you could be the person we are looking for:

• Developing and implementing systems in .NET (VB.NET/C# or ASP.NET)
• Relational database development preferably MS SQL Server
• Web Technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript, Web Services and Windows Services)
• Understanding and knowledge of software/project development lifecycles
• Designing systems and understanding specification in UML Design Methodologies

You should also be capable of:

• Working in a team environment
• Working on your own initiative and under pressure
• Speaking English Fluently
